5 stars if you take advantage of their constant rebate programs. They process them quickly and you'll get a gift card for use in the store. Great value. Nice clean store with knowledgeable staff.
Prices are a little above what they should be but that is so they can offer you a rebate to bring it down some. The rebates really are not a rebate since the prices are jacked up to begin with. They do offer a large selection of merchandise. I might shop there more often if they either brought the prices down a little or offer onsite rebates not mail in where it takes six months to get it back.
They have good sales if you take your time
Staff is helpful, selection is great, but the buyer needs to be wary of some of off-brand "deals"
Don't ever get stuff delivered from this store.. got a decent sized delivery of wood and they decided to drop it off in the front of my house and blocked my drive way after we specifically told them to place it in front of our garage.. now I have to park down the street as I am not able to move building supplies by myself. Plus I live on a busy street so I am lucky no one stole the wood out of my yard. .
