This sounds like a happily-ever-after story, but it's true. Craig told us what he would provide, and then he did it. Because of our experience with LaPlant Roofing, we would recommend them as a roofing supplier.
BEWARE !! Had Gerard Metal roof installed in 2010 on my new home. Very poor quality workmanship and metal shingles. Roof leaked very first day they finished. Bats are getting in the house through the roof. Contacted Craig MANY times for repairs, he showed up one time and sprayed one can of great stuff foam in one opening. Nothing but excuses and delay tactics going on for 8 years.
Check him out on the CCAP website. Now in process of lawsuit and litigation.
Dont buy anything from this contractor. Had roof intalled in August, in Sept had shingles lifted, trim falling off, and nails exposed. Contacted owner mutiple times, no body has showed up to fix anything. Starting lawsuit. Let my suffering be a warning tp you!!!!!!
Fraudulent contractor purchasing shingles from China in shipping containers. After one month granules fell off in rain storms and mold is present on entire roof. Attic area completely infested with bat guano.
The entire roof needs to be torn off and re-shingled at MY expense, AGAIN.
